Online Shopping

Purchases can only be made in New Zealand.

We accept all major credit cards.
All prices include GST and this is detailed on your customer invoice.

For purchases that require delivery (eg. Product) we charge a standard rate of $6.50.

Shipping is FREE for all purchases over $250.

We aim to dispatch orders on the same working day when orders are received before 2pm. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

For all nationwide deliveries you can expect these to take approximately 1-3 working days to arrive

Currently there may be delivery delays due to increased demand at Covid-19 level 3.

For online product purchases you will receive an email with courier tracking details.

For vouchers purchased online: If for some reason you no longer require your voucher, a full refund of your purchase will be given within 48 hours after your purchase. Email shop@caci.co.nz and attach a copy of your voucher to your email. This must occur before redemption of the voucher. Refunds will be processed by our team onto your method of payment. Allow three to five working days for the transaction to process.
For product purchased online:  We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchases from Caci. We will exchange or refund goods that are in a resalable condition, i.e. unopened and unused, but sorry, we are not able to exchange or refund products which have been used unless they are faulty or have caused an reaction on the skin. If you would like to exchange your order please follow the instructions below:

  1. Email shop@caci.co.nz and tell us the nature of your return and attach any relevant photos.
  2. Return the products to their original packaging and return within 10 days to:

  • We recommend that you return your package using signature-required courier. If you use general post your package will not be insured and FAB Group cannot accept liability if it is damaged or goes missing.
  • We can only refund postage costs where the return is a result of our error.
  • Please insure to include your name and Caci order number with the returning product.
  • It takes a maximum of 15 working days to process the return.
If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, or if we have sent you the wrong product, please email shop@caci.co.nz within 10 days of purchase. 
We will happily replace or exchange the items to the value of your order. Please do not post your return back to us using general post as you will not be insured for its loss if it is damaged or goes missing.
