1. Clean skin thoroughly.
2. In small sections, roll back and forth 4-5 times. Then, lift the roller and change direction: roll up, down and diagonal, repeat over each section.
3. After rolling apply a serum, then moisturiser
4. Sanitise your roller and leave to dry before storing back in protective case.
For best results, use twice a week to begin with and then slowly increase as recommended by your treatment provider.
