What inspired you to own a Caci clinic?
After owning previous businesses, I was looking for a new opportunity. Something that I could develop, with all the right components, yet a good support mechanism.
Caci ticked the boxes; strong brand, quality product and services, passionate and professional people, and a growing industry.
How have you found your new business so far? What are you enjoying most about being part of the Caci family?
Developing relationships with our clients has been a highlight. Since opening, we’ve seen lots of familiar faces from the local community as well as lots of new clients from around the greater region. Being part of a wider franchise network is very satisfying, knowing there is someone at the end of the phone to discuss ideas and provide support is invaluable. It’s also been great to have the support from other owners, they’ve been great source of knowledge and experience
How did you find the opening process? Was it what you expected?
Once the franchise agreement was signed, I was so excited to open, but finding the right site was important. Queenstown is in a significant growth phase and anticipating the future and the way the town will operate was key in securing a site. Once we’d built the clinic, finalised the right marketing mix, we jumped in and got on with it. Wow, we were so busy with so much enquiry - what a great problem to have!
What do you enjoy most about being part of business focussed on women’s confidence? How is this important to you and your team?
For us, it’s all about helping our clients to achieve great results. We love the stories and the changes they tell us about, and just watching their confidence grow
Your clinic has had a very successful opening, with great growth in a very short time! How does it feel? What has been the most satisfying part of your success so far?
We have been lucky enough to have had the privilege of a very busy start and we are proud to offer something new to the region, and to grow something special for our community.
How has your lifestyle changed since owning your own Caci?
I’ve really enjoyed immersing myself into the business world again with all of the excitement and challenges it brings.
What would you say to someone thinking about owning a Caci clinic?
I really recommend it! If you’re a great leader, passionate, and enthusiastic about the industry then you’ll love it. Choosing a great team certainly helps, and following the systems and processes will make owning your own clinic a lot easier. Enjoy what you do and look after your clients like they are your good friends. Plus, you don’t have to know the beauty industry – you just need to be passionate about it!
