Our Roles

TREATMENT COORDINATOR

Along with a base salary package, you will have access to treatments, product allowances, complimentary products and sales incentives. To further your professional development, we host an annual Conference with an exciting Caci Awards Night, development days and in-clinic training.

Our Centre of Excellence (based in Auckland) offers advanced learning pathways with a mix of face to face and online, including; personal development, technical skills and further education. 

You’ll be responsible for:

• Generating new business and creating opportunities for new customer recruitment and leads through; events, referrals, B2B, networking and leveraging the national marketing plan
• Customer care and managing their Caci journey
• Consulting customer on their concerns and recommended the best Treatment Plan/s for their needs
• Achieving sales targets and customer conversions
• Managing in-clinic events to generate interest in the clinic and future sales
• Working as an integral part of the clinic
 
Are you for us?

We require a driven, passionate, tenacious salesperson who thrives under pressure, is confident, outgoing and willing.

You’ll need to be customer focused, with a can-do attitude, the ability to collaborate, work as a team and deliver results. 

Caci stars are motivated by achievement, resilient, adaptable with high emotional intelligence, accountable and efficient with their time management and organisational skills. 

You will have:

• A minimum of 2 years in developing and driving either product or service-based sales, meeting set targets
• A proven track record in achieving strong and consistent sales results
• Polished and professional personal presentation
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with excellent listening skills and strong empathy
• High degree of computer literacy
A background or interest in skin and beauty would be an advantage, however the ability to consult with our customers and deliver them the best Treatment Plan is most important.
 

 

REGISTERED NURSE

Along with a base salary package, you will have access to treatments, product allowances, complimentary products and sales incentives. To further your professional development, we host an annual Conference with an exciting Caci Awards Night, development days and in-clinic training.

Our Centre of Excellence (based in Auckland) offers advanced learning pathways with a mix of face to face and online, including; personal development, technical skills and further education. 

You’ll be responsible for:

• Successfully performing facial assessments and consultations with customers
• Delivering Cosmetic Injectables and advanced skin treatments such as Collagen Induction Therapy (Microneedling), Fractional CO2 Laser, ChillSculpt and VPL (Photo Rejuvenation, Red Vein and Hair Removal)
• Ensuring each customers journey is seamless from start to finish by delivering the best possible results along the way
• Assisting the team and working together to ensure clinic targets are achieved
• Always doing the right thing for the customer, and the brand
• Generating and facilitating customer leads and internal referrals

You will have:

• A passion for improving women’s confidence and giving great customer service
• Current Nurses Practicing Certificate
• A minimum of 2 years’ Nursing experience
• Ability to work autonomously
• A desire to grow and be part of a high performing team
• An interest in cosmetics, skin, beauty
• Great presentation and someone who loves to shine!
 

 

BEAUTY THERAPIST

Along with a base salary package, you will have access to treatments, product allowances and complimentary products, sales incentives (even overseas trips!). To further your professional development, we host an annual Conference with an exciting Caci Awards Night, development days and in-clinic training.

Our Centre of Excellence (based in Auckland) offers advanced learning pathways with a mix of face to face and online, including; personal development, technical skills and further education. 

The role will involve:
 
• Working with customers to deliver skin treatments best suited to their concerns
• Performing treatments; Laser hair removal, cryolipolysis (body shaping), facials and general beauty therapy (waxing, electrolysis and lash/brow treatments)
• Managing the total customer journey throughout their Treatment Plan – including treatment referrals where recommended (eg: appearance medicine/injectables)
• Maintaining a tight-knit relationship with the clinic team to ensure we all achieve our targets while meeting our high-performing team values
• Always doing right by our customers and delivering the best for the brand
• Generating and facilitating client leads

• Minimum of 1 years training course e.g. CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC, London City & Guilds Dip (Advanced)

• A desire to grow and be part of a high performing team
• Happy to get involved in promotional activity
• Interest in skin, beauty, cosmetic and cosmetic medicine
• Great presentation and someone who loves to shine!
