Weight loss should not mean that you have to go hungry. Depending on your individual goals you may be reducing your daily calories significantly, however, if you are eating high protein meals with good quality fats you should feel satiated.  Fill yourself up with protein shakes, beans, legumes, lean meat, avocado and nuts.  Drink lots of water and don’t skip breakfast.
